Carpentry: Rough/finish, door jambs/doors, windows, skylights, garage doors, additions of all sorts, including stairs, decks, docks, pergolas, sheds, siding, and assembling/building and installing cabinets, etc.
Plumbing: Rough/finish. auto gas shut-off valves,
Electrical: Rough/finish, such as installing or upgrading electrical service, e.g., panels, switches, outlets, fixtures, etc.
We also do high end audio/visual, like audio/video surveillance-installing cameras, running lines, nvr multi-channel recorders, keypads, hi-fi, turntables, dvd’s, tape recorders, including non-linear audio/video editing facilities, including multi-track recording studios.
Roofing/re-roofing.
Painting: Rough/finish (interiors/exteriors.).
We do custom paint jobs (not cheap).
We also sand/scrape stain/paint/oil decks too !
We spray/brush paint cabinets and doors too !
Assemble tables, chairs, beds, etc.
Hang shades, pictures, mirrors.
We do property management and cleaning of houses/bnb/str’s too!
